With over 11 years of experience in UX research, strategy, and design, I specialize in bridging the gap between users, buyers, and product teams to drive strategic product concepting and development.

I have had a lifelong passion for talking to strangers, connecting people to information, and the stories that weave together to give life meaning. This passion initially led me to study Archaeology and then to pursue a career in libraries and information services. At the start of my professional life, I worked in public libraries, academic archives, as well as with the Environmental Protection Agency's Superfund program. Experiences with information systems during this time led me to discover a much-needed opportunity to better inject user-centered design practices into the tools and services we leverage every day.
Today, I help teams understand user needs and behaviors, shape roadmaps, and craft effective go-to-market strategies.
By leveraging comprehensive research methods and data-driven insights, I ensure that products not only meet but exceed user expectations.

On a personal note - I love to travel and discover local histories, the material culture they produced, and their impact on the landscape. I spend most of my free time caring for my ever-growing collection of plants.
